1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Agência Easy platform, operated by 59.585.750 JOSIAS SAGRILO GOULART, Brazilian taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 59.585.750/0001-15, headquartered at Rua Cooperativa, nº 2612, Bairro Bela Vista, Venâncio Aires/RS, CEP 95800-000, Brazil (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

2. Service description

Agência Easy is a management system for marketing agencies that brings together content calendar, artwork production, client content approval, financial control and scheduled social media publishing — currently on Instagram, through Meta's official API.

We may change, add or remove features at any time, always aiming to preserve the essential functioning of the contracted service.

3. Sign-up, plans and account

  • To use the platform, the agency needs to create an account and choose a plan, according to the client and user limits currently in effect at /planos.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out on your account.
  • Every user created by the agency within the platform (collaborators) acts under the responsibility of the agency's account.
  • Registration information must be true, complete and kept up to date.

4. Acceptable use

By using the platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to publish content that violates third-party rights, applicable laws, or the policies of Meta/Instagram and Google.
  • Attempt to access data from other agencies or bypass the platform's permission controls.
  • Reverse engineer, intentionally overload the infrastructure, or interfere with the system's operation.
  • Use the Instagram integration to publish spam, misleading content, or any material that violates the Instagram Terms of Use or the Meta Platform Policies.

5. User content

All content submitted by the agency or its clients through the Client Portal (artwork, text, reference images, briefings) remains the property of whoever submitted it. By publishing content through the Instagram integration, you represent that you hold the necessary rights over that content and authorize Agência Easy to transmit it to Meta's API solely to carry out the requested publication.

You are solely responsible for the content published on the social media accounts connected through the platform.

6. Third-party integrations

The platform optionally integrates with third-party services — Instagram/Meta, Google and the Asaas payment gateway. These integrations are also subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each of these companies. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, account suspension, or any decision made by these platforms outside of our control.

7. Payment and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, according to the frequency and amount informed at the time of signup.
  • Payment is processed through Asaas; we do not store full credit card data on our servers.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
  • In case of late payment, access to the platform may be suspended until the situation is resolved.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these terms, the Privacy Policy, or that puts the security of the platform or other agencies at risk, with prior notice whenever possible. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, unavailability of third-party integrations (Meta, Google, Asaas), or content published by the users themselves.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Relevant changes will be communicated to agency administrators by email or a notice within the system; continued use of the platform after a change implies agreement with the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Venâncio Aires/RS district are elected to settle any disputes, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
